Delivery

Deliveries are made by Royal Mail and are sent recorded delivery.  Goods are packaged and posted as soon as possible after the confirmation of an order usually within 24 hours.  Delivery to you is approximately 5 days. 

Postage

Postage and packing within the U.K. is £2.50 no matter how many pieces you buy. Jewellery is packaged in either a bag or box depending on the style and size of your purchase.  Outer packaging may be re-loved in a bid to recyle and reduce landfill.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase please in the first instance get in touch with me. If you would simply like to return or swap something please do this within 7 days of ordering. Please pack goods in secure and protective packaging to arrive in good condition. In this instance you are responsible for the return postage and packing and will be charged for any further postage and packing for replacement goods.

Photography

All the goods on Prettyful.co.uk have been photographed and published to the best possible quality and degree of accuracy.  Please note that actual colours may vary slightly from the published image.

Glass jewellery is very difficult to photograph accurately, dichroic glass especially.  All the photographs published on this site are as accurate as possible however purchased jewellery may differ slightly from the photograph.  Please keep in mind that lighting conditions and the colour of clothing worn with jewellery can change its appearance.  

Jewellery Findings

Most of the findings used on the jewellery on this site are Sterling Silver.  Occasionally they may be silver plated or a base metal such as brass or copper.  Leather thong, ribbon or silk cords may be used along with beads, some of which are semi precious and some purely decorative.  The description for each piece of jewellery will clearly explain how each piece is constructed.  Please note that epoxy resin is used to adhere findings to the glass.

Privacy

Prettyful will not at any time pass your details onto a third party. Occasionally I may contact you by e-mail to alert you to new stock.  Should you not wish to recieved these e-mails please just let me know.

Your payments to Prettyful are made through Paypal. This means that Prettyful will not at any time have access to your card details.
